I have had problems with both hands for years, but when I snapped a tendon on my left hand, I was told to find a hand therapist.
The staff at Hands for Living were very nice and very professional.
There are all types of therapy available. I was given a home exercise program right on my computer.
Now both hands are stronger and pain-free.
